They learned business ideas from Match.com. You pay for a subscription. But need to pay more in order to view likes!!! what the heck???
Very disappointing
If you don’t live in NYC or LA, or if you’re not willing to start out as a long distance thing, this app is virtually useless. There were almost no potential candidates where I live (South Florida… but too far from Miami to date someone who lives there.) The app does not let you choose geographical location, so my feed was filled with people that were too far away to date.

Doesn't answer support (Previous Premium Member)
Paid for premium, had to delete account after having for one month, remade it (one time) and email them 2 weeks ago to try and get get back on and expedite application review, yet not one person has emailed back. I emailed 10 plus people at the company and still No response after paying them over $300 dollars. Absolutely abhorrent.
Then randomly get banned which was certainly automated and not by a human (likely because I applied twice) because their flawed system initially didn't request live photo selfie verification on first application, so had to make a second application to ensure proper verification.
Would greatly appreciate if someone from the company could reach out and contact me.

Give us our money back or give us some value for money
I’m writing a one star review for this app every week until money is paid back or the app changes so users get something for their money. Roughly 6 swipes (not even likes, just swipes) a day so massively limits chances of ever matching with anyone. You need to be able to like other users to match with them. One big grift.

Ridiculous
They have some sort of strange vetting system which only allows small amounts of people to actually be approved to use the app. I tried signing up probably 3-4 months ago and am STILL waiting for approval, yet it appears that **some** users are approved almost immediately. In a post 10/7 world community is something we, as a people need - it’s ridiculous that some feel there needs to be some sort of gatekeeping mechanism to be implemented. Utterly disappointed.

Location location location
Location is the number one priority when dating and this app is really bad at giving you people in literally the entire country which sucks. It would be very nice if it just gave you local. Have had the app for over a week with no matches. It no longer offers me people in my area and I live in a big city.

Painfully bad
I was accepted almost immediately. Very small pool of people in a big city. They advertise highly curated events, but most surround sports and drinking and fill up very quickly. If you are Jewish and actually looking to meet someone seriously look elsewhere.
“Exclusive” to the point of pointless
Allows minimal usage even after charging for subscription. There’s literally nothing to show for being a “member” except for an email telling you that you made the cut. Then you swipe ten times (maybe less) and that’s all you’re allowed for a day, even if it’s ten “no’s”. It’s bull***t.
Zero Location filtering!!
If you were trying to meet someone in your region, good luck the app does not really help with that . You literally cannot filter even by state !
