Functionality Lacking
The app lacks functionality of sorting by jobs, companies, etc. Plus, it is highly annoying that you have to go through a two-step login every time that you open it. There needs to be a biometric login option. Finally, the app crashes after you select a person from a search. It’s essentially unusable.

Not a good app. Doesn't do all the functions that the website does which makes working from it impossible. It also is very slow

Please get a proper app
The web platform Loxo offers is fantastic, intuitive, powerful, and makes recruiting efficient and organized. Unfortunately, the mobile app is a garbage!
For recruiters on the go, the app should be a lightweight extension of the desktop version, but right now it feels like an afterthought. I hope the Loxo team puts more attention into improving the mobile experience, because the desktop platform truly sets a high bar.

Please at least just add the intake field. I need to be able to check that on the go.

Ok, so the recent update is pretty solid. It is now easier to view and contact candidates.
However, with the lack of job orders and recruiter notes, the app essentially is unchanged.
Yes, you can respond and send texts to candidates. But how are we supposed to access previous information on the candidate?
I think if job orders were available and notes were available to see AND edit, this app would be the best in its class!!!!

Disappointed
Wow! For for the first time I’m disappointed with one of Loxo’s upgrades. I’ve been waiting with anticipation for a mobile app to help us be more productive on the go. This app doesn’t do anything except look up contacts and it doesn’t even do that well.
You can’t look up jobs, you can’t change or edit profiles, you can’t attach profiles to jobs, you can’t look up companies. Even the names are often covered up by the status so you can’t even see the full name.
Once you look up the name, there is no back button, so you have to exit the app and started all over to get to the next name. Very disappointed.
Come on Loxo, you all are better than this.
