No search function makes it a time consuming App
I would not use this app as it has no search function, at least by area
Recent Update is rubbish
Cannot collect stamps in my usual coffee shop anymore. it scans, says the stamp has been added but nothing does get added

Very poor App
This app will not keep my current location and I have to keep typing in where I am. I completed the trail that was advertised and then clicked on enter here and nothing happens. Very poor.
Poor user experience on iPhone.
Really badly designed user interface. Feels like someone just stuck a website and not made effort to create actually iPhone app.

QR codes not being recognised
A lovely idea but after completing four out of twelve on the trail, the app then didn’t recognise the next two, so I gave up. No customer service to contact either.
Great for discovery and deals
Very useful for finding new places in areas I visit - and the places I find have great discounts on!! Win win!

It keeps glitching
Easy to use but unfortunately it keeps glitching and I can’t open the app on my iPhone. Just get a blank screen. It happened many times now hence the two stars.

My 7 year old and I had a great time doing the Dino trail in loughborough would recommend
Waste of an app
A lot of the ‘deals’ aren’t from LoyalFree themselves but are offers that the retailer already has. I also tried using a discount code only to be told its only accepted on certain days of the week which is fine but would be nice for the app to have this under t&c’s to make it clear.

Just a few locations
Just deleted installed app because it seems useless very unfortunately.
- It shows my location wrong (25 min. drive away) and not the city I am living in or the closest one.
- When I turned off location it didn’t give the option to choose my city or closest. Only a few places on the list very far away. I had tried location London and one of the theatres in search and it wasn’t there.

Annoying and not enough up take
I like the idea of this app. I have a small mountain of cards, I’ve even tried telling vendors about it
But it’s started getting annoying with notifications, especially when the nearest usage is 12-15 miles away.

Lego Trail
My grandson and I had great fun this morning searching out the excellent Lego models around town. The app made the trail easy to follow and we were able to navigate our way to each venue without having to double back on ourselves. Thank you for putting this trail together!

I normally have my phone in my hand when I go to grab my lunch as I use contactless payment so scanning the QR codes takes an extra 2 seconds.
It’s quite nice having a freebie every so often with an extra 2 seconds work a day ☺️ Also like the lockdown trails at the moment, saved me googling/phoning every shop to find out where was open.
