Getting the points from the retailers receipt onto your account is very difficult. At the moment it isn’t working at all. Overall a very basic app which doesn’t work as it should

It’s rigged completely, they make you different accounts so u never meet the point goals

Doesn’t ever send me a code to login and when I try to login with my email it creates another account
What is the problem?
This app does not work. I’ve downloaded and removed five times over the past few days. Glitches, screen goes blank. Whomever owns this app should monitor the reviews, fix the issue(s) or delete it altogether.

Doesn’t work
Tried 3 times downloading and deleting trying to get access and everytime I try to use my phone number it glitches and blank screens me. Finally got in by just selecting to sign in with my Apple ID and says there’s no locations near me despite getting the info from a location around the corner. Tried going to the settings to ensure my location info was correct but again with the blank screen. Do not recommend.

Nothing worked!
I put this app on my phone 5 times. Nothing worked. Blank screen three times and after trying different approaches with email vs phone number I finally got in but blank data. Absolutely nothing worked with this app.
Can’t open
It is not sending me a pin to open the app.
I signed up a year ago and have never received any notifications of how many points I have earned.

Too complicated
I’ve just been to a local coffee shop, where I checked in and tried to claim my points. The member of staff clearly didn’t know what I was talking about.
This app just seems unnecessarily complicated. Why do I need to ‘check in’? Why is it dependent on the cafe owner ensuring the staff are trained to use it?

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish can’t login from my mobile as it’s an unsecured server, therefore can’t see any points etc

Stuck in endless loop
Downloaded app to track local loyalty programs. App was immediately stuck in an endless loop asking for location data permission. Had to shut phone off to get out of it. I’ll just use the web browser to track my info.
Water boy
This is an excellent app and loyalty reward systems for independent businesses. It is easy for both the vendor and customer to use. More businesses should sign up!

Doesn’t work
This app does not work. I typed in all the information of my card went to the store and they said “you have all your points” the app says I have no points at all. I have 88 points. I don’t suggest you use this app.
