Loyloop

Loyloop is a free loyalty and rewards platform designed for physical coworking spaces. Customers can join participating workspaces, earn loyalty points from eligible in-person visits or real-world transactions completed directly with the coworking space, view their points balance and transaction history, and redeem points for real-world rewards. Loyloop does not process or facilitate payments. WORKSPACE OWNER FEATURES • Create and manage a coworking workspace. • Configure loyalty point rules. • Create, update, enable, or disable rewards. • Approve employees and manage their permissions. • Review customer point transactions and reward redemptions. • Access workspace activity and operational reports. • Manage loyalty program settings from one place. Loyloop uses separate permissions for customers, employees, and workspace owners. Temporary QR codes and role-based access help protect loyalty point and reward operations. Each participating workspace independently determines its loyalty rules, available rewards, redemption requirements, and points expiration period. Rewards available through Loyloop relate only to physical goods or real-world services provided by participating coworking spaces, such as a complimentary drink or complimentary access time at a physical coworking location. Loyloop does not sell subscriptions, digital content, loyalty points, or paid digital features. Loyalty points cannot be purchased, transferred between users, converted into money, withdrawn, or used to unlock digital content. An account and an internet connection are required to use the app.
