Same issue everyone has
I have read all the reviews and everyone complains about the same thing. Yet the developers have done nothing about it. Can’t create a profile nor can track via Apple health. I’ll uninstall the app since it serves no purpose.

As others have stated, I can see the Bluetooth connectivity of the pulse ox and my phone but cannot register an account or login to track my data. App is useless.

App Fails
I can not create an account. Program gets stuck trying to connect but says network anomaly. The software can read data from the meter. It displays the same data as the meter. You just can’t share or save data. Which is the main point.

App use to work but quit
I would not recommend buying this meter (will leave a review on Amazon too). The app quit working and cannot even get in rich with them to ask about it. The reason I bought it was to track on my phone, will have to get a different one and will not buy LPOW.
Doesn’t work
Since day one of having it it has not allowed me to connect to my phone to save the results.
Limited use
Though it shows on my phone what the pulse Oxymeter is showing, it doesn’t allow me to track the data, which is the main idea with this App. I Can not even register with my phone or email or share any data with my Apple health app.
Stopped working
Everything was working fine and now all of a sudden I get " network abnormality" And it will not store anything. I have deleted and reloaded three times, done the blue tooth check procedure and still network issues plague me. I can find no way to get it touch with the app administrator. The problem URL goes nowhere.

App stopped connecting
Is the server down? Are you still in business? Are you working to resolve the issue with the app being able to save the recorded data? The app did work great and then all of a sudden I receive an error message…fix the problems!
App Crashes/Website Down
Took a chance on this meter through Amazon and the app routinely crashes. Cheap kit by a developer that doesn’t care.
Poor app
I downloaded the app it states it’s got network connection and you can’t connect to the website because the website has the same issue. No on the fair side it wasn’t very expensive so you get what you pay for! if you’re looking for something that actually does connect to the Bluetooth then you might want to look for a different product and manufacturer.

Why have you not fixed the App?
I love the LPOW Pulse Oximeter. The problem is the software:
1). Unable to set up a new user account;
2). Constant error message “Network Abnormality;”
3). No method of contact developer, We Keep Together, Ltd.
No problem with connecting meter via Bluetooth, but no instructions on how to do so are provided.
Record keeping via the App is what I want to do. So please, We Keep Together, Ltd., fix this and keep us together.

Was great
Everything was working well, I liked the app. But a week or two ago it suddenly started saying “network abnormality, please try again” every time I tried to do anything with it. Please fix :(

No longer appears to save data. Still connects by Bluetooth to phone
