Slightly more convenient than not having it
As a traveler, I don’t use the app very much besides submitting my hours. Prior to the app, I would just submit an email. Not necessarily better or worse, just different. Same goes for submitting a reimbursement request or updating credentials. The app doesn’t save a copy of your documents that you can retrieve from there, so you still need to maintain your
own records.
There was an update recently that also allowed for you to search jobs, but after updating my app, deleting and reinstalling the app, I still do not have the ability to do so.
The app is a good idea, but could use some fine tuning.
