Slow and laggy
Super underdeveloped app and software. The app always glitches calls seem laggy. Been using light speed for over a year wish I could switch to ring central. Awful

When my phone rings 90% of the time if I pick it up on the desk phone it doesnt connect and I have to go to my cell. The functions needed in a business phone system are not available from the app or user friendly at all.
Why?
The app works great.. update rolls out and now the app doesn’t work so great.

The original app was significantly better than Orbit. There is no access to quickly call someone on my team; to do so you have to memorize their line and dial it yourself. Also no way park calls, answer parked calls, or add contacts within the app. I don’t understand how this app was ever released in its current state.

Routes customers to my personal voicemail not my business
Somehow, another my clients are gaining access to my personal number which I’m not giving to them and when they call my business line, it routes them to my personal voicemail not my business voicemail. This is a repeated issue with not only me, but all of my coworkers as well.
Improvements have been great.
This soft phone has been exactly what I need for my business. I appreciate the constant updates and it shows me that the company is continuously trying to make it better.
New App - Actually worse than the first, if you can believe that…!
Lightspeed Voice, you’re going to lose my business account very soon because of poor overall service - the fact you roll this “2nd version” garbage app out without rigorously testing it, very frustrating.
Hard phones not working properly, so you guys push me to the “app”. First version was bad/buggy and when on the phone and other calls came in you’d lose your conversation / couldn’t hear the other person for 15-20 seconds and there were some dropped calls.
Enter LSOrbit. At first take, seemed like a HUGE improvement, except after the first couple days…it actually doesn’t work. Make outbound phones calls, it rings multiple times & then hangs up saying “Error”. Call into support & their fix is to sign out of the app and then back in…unfortunately that’s not fixing the problem…so I’m paying for business VOIP but can’t make outbound calls. Also when on the app, you need to make sure you aren’t on “do not disturb” otherwise you also can’t answer calls from your hard phone in office.
My honest review is NO STARS.

Call quality is great new features being updated as well. Glad to see!
Where’s the Switchboard, Parking Lot, Caller ID??
This is definitely a step down from previous version - please fix!!
