Would love if when I went to log in my username would stay after clicking remember me so many times. Other than that pretty decent app.

This app needs serious work. The user interface is not intuitive and even when you choose to save your log in method through your phone’s biometrics, it never remembers it and you have to end up signing in manually. Just incredibly clunky, and not at all pleasant to use. Mobile banking is supposed to make it easier, not more difficult.

I love the app. It is convenient to use on the go.
The update is terrible.
The new update is awful. It is NOT iPad user friendly. I hate that I have to use the tablet vertically instead of the way I normally use it, horizontally. Now every time I want to use the app, I have to unplug it. Not the worst problem in the world, but annoying none the less. Also, the additional steps for making transfers between accounts is so unnecessarily time consuming. Go back, change isn't always for the better.
