Thank you for your feedback. We attempted to contact you regarding this issue but unfortunately did not receive a response. Based on the information provided, you were using an iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 18.7.3. We have not received any crash reports related to this issue through Apple’s crash reporting system, and we have been unable to reproduce the problem during our internal testing. At this time, the behavior appears to be device- or configuration-specific rather than a general issue affecting all users. Because we could not reproduce the issue and did not receive any diagnostic information, we previously invited you to contact us directly so we could investigate further and assist in resolving the problem. We remain committed to improving the app and helping users experiencing difficulties.
