Just shut down the whole thing. This hasn’t worked since October of 2025. There’s no one to talk to the school about this IT just passes you off.

doesn’t load
i have never successfully even opened the app because it does not load. “connection failed. retry.” i’ve never seen anything else pop up and i’ve sat on that screen forever

I tried updating it, deleting it, restarting my phone. It still doesn’t work when I open the app I just get stuck with the loading screen eternally.
