No updates for 6 years. Maybe why every time I try to utilize this tool it is not working properly. It is a great tool when it works. But I shouldn’t have to trouble shoot every time prior to utilizing. Stuck in locating information please wait. I have tried the normal tech support uninstall re install actions. But I think there is more to it.
