For the women wanting support and to be supportive…
I am proud to be a member of a community of women that are happy to be open and vulnerable in order to grow and support one another. The LTTA app offers key content, videos and bonus opportunities to learn no matter where we we come from or how different our journeys may be; we are all connected. Despite our differences, we can learn from each other and help one another face hardship together.

Hands down the best app I’ve downloaded where I can engage with authentic people from all walks of life just trying every single day without judgement. So many motivating affirmations, prompts and engaging content!
