Stop making the password expire every month. Really what is the need for this!!???
Frequent password changes are annoying
This app requests password changes more than any other site/app I use. As someone else has commented, it asks for this as I’m in the queue, meaning I often can’t use it when I’m at the till. The level of functionality and benefits from the app do not necessitate such enhanced security. Please change this!

Pretty poor
EDIT: Uninstalled the app in the end, not worth the hassle of the constant password changes.
Id just rather have lower prices for food than jump through hoops collecting points, it’s annoying. On top of that, it randomly requests you change the password just as you are in the queue about to use it the app. If the password is a problem why don’t you email me to change it and not wait for the most inconvenient time to reset it. On top of that the password field in the app doesn’t work with the in built password vault making remembering the password frustrating.

Pretty poor
App isn’t particularly useable has poor UX. has stupid things like arbitrary password change requirements.
Functional, but it could do with some polish
During the setup process, when entering the age, I noticed that the date selection wheel would close every time I changed one of the numbers. A little frustrating.
In addition, we’ve had iPhones with taller displays since the iPhone X - I’d like to see the app make better use of the taller aspect ratios.
Lastly, it would be great if we could get the barcode to save to Apple wallet. I know that this likely hasn’t been done for security reasons, but I’m really not that fussed about a couple of stamps vs the ease of being able to double press my power button to bring up the barcode.
It’s otherwise a very functional app with no major issues that hindered function and a very good first version :-)
