Could use some work
When I first started shopping with LG I really liked them. Their pricing was decent for what you got. My last several orders however have all had issues, from holes to asymmetrical short length. And when I reached to leave a review they deleted it, twice. The clothes are rally cheap but priced similar to Free People. The app never works with my rewards and I always have issues at check out.

Not good.
They only let you return for store credit and they do not reimburse you for shipping. This is ridiculous for a company run by such a successful CEO. Have better customer service Luca and Grae! Paid $70 for a pair of lounge pants and was only given $54 back in store credit...unacceptable.
Prices
I love Aspyn and her store and I love the style of clothes and I want to buy it but I don’t want to pay almost a hundred dollars to do so. I wish the prices could be a little cheaper. I understand your paying for the quality just wish I could but I’m not willing to pay that price.
Returns
I bought 2 pairs of shoes bc i wasn’t sure of my size and neither fit me. I went to return but you only get store credit!! And to return them you have to pay for your own shipping costs. I had to pay over $20 to ship it back and i didn’t even get my money back. Won’t buy from again!

Disappointed
I love Aspyn and i have for years now!! But every time i look at the store the size options are really disappointing. I am a large but love to wear XL things and in a society so inclusive it really angers me to see brands still not acknowledge that there is more than 3 simple sizes!
Love Luca + Grae, just a little laggy...
I love Aspyn and I love her clothing line SO MUCH! Cutest stuff ever! The app can just be a little laggy, however. I was in the app, and I would have to click on a collection multiple times until it finally brought me to the page. At one point, it stopped working and crashed, bringing me to all my apps. Maybe just some bug fixes and performance updates? Still love the clothing line!!

Talking to a brick wall
I have always loved Aspyn and I have supported and spent a lot of money on Luca and Grae since their launch as SHOPAOF. It’s sad that I feel the need to write this review but lately this company has been so unresponsive to any questions I ask. I wish they’d be a bit more personal, like other small business boutiques.

Sizes sell out fast. Read the fine print before ordering. Terrible return policy.
