Not for Individual Users
I have been evaluating flowcharting solutions and really enjoyed using Lucid on the web. I installed the app and found that I must be a paid Team or Enterprise user to use it.
I was considering paying for Lucid’s Individual plan because I really liked the service however, I don’t like how the web page works on my mobile devices.
Because I do not have access to the app as an Individual user, I’ve decided not to subscribe to Lucid and will be choosing a different solution that allows the use of their App at a reasonable price.

Doesn’t work unless enterprise
As a paid individual user you can’t use the app. Not sure why developers don’t allow access to paid users
Useless
This application is a waste of time, unfortunately. It is free. When you download it, you are asked to create an account. After doing so, you are informed that the app is only for teams. You effectively cannot use it at all.
You hurt your paid customers
You removed my ability to use the iPad app even with a PAID account. There for, you lost a 5+ year paid user. Horrible decision you made, and you blame Apple for hurting your loyal customers, when the decision was yours. Shameful.

This app used to work for Free Tier users. You pricks locked it behind paid and enterprise accounts for NO reason other than greed.

Can’t use the app on iPad
Mobile and desktop versions only, and limited editing once you’ve already created a map without upgrading from a personal account

ブラウザ版をPCで使ってとても気に入ったのでスマホにも…と思い、アプリを入手しましたが、Googleアカウントでログインしようと何度試みてもログイン前の画面に飛ばされます。iPhoneです。どうにかしてください。
Doesn’t work without paying
First flowchart app to pop up and it doesn’t even work just tells you to use their desktop version. What a waste of time.

Not free. Misleading and scummy.
I tried using the website but it couldn’t do simple tasks because it doesn’t use the iPad’s native editing features (select all, cut, copy, etc). and I thought that the app might do a better job of implementing basic editing functions. I’ll never find out because you need to be a paid user for the privilege of using the app. Yet, the app is listed as “free”.

iOS app version?
I love Lucidchart and have used it throughout the years. But what I truly need is the iOS/native version for iPad. It’s a pity for an organization at Lucidchart size to limit that version to Teams and enterprise! I’m already paying for the app as individual.
No single user access
The decision to make the app exclusive to Team and Enterprise users is boneheaded and greedy. I used to use this app on the go often and it was nice to be able to access my projects when not at my computer and not have to navigate it on my mobile browser.

Stupid developers
Why should I pay for a product only to not be able to use the app version because of their greed in only allowing enterprise users access to it. Ditching this app and my subscription
Misleading
App is only for enterprise and team users, all other peasants must use their website which continually crashes on mobile, or is so full of glitches nothing lays out properly. Stick to Miro for your flow charting. It works and so does their app.
Frustratingly locked for education users
It’s really frustrating that the app version is not available for educational users. Seems pointlessly locked.

Needs to have an app option
Browser incompatibility issues would be remediate if they simply offered an app version! I’m not disabling my browser plugins for this one site!

Realmente no entiendo la idea de tener una aplicación si únicamente va a ser para las personas que tengan empresa. Si ya tiene la aplicación desarrollada porqué prohibir el acceso a los que tenemos el plan individual es ilógico. Ni modo ahora a pagar a otra app para poder utilizar con mi iPad.
