Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry that you had a frustrating experience with the app and website. It sounds like you may have been running into a current limitation of our app: it's primarily designed for users who have already set up filespaces on a desktop device. Once those are created, the mobile app allows you to easily access and work with the data within them. We are, however, actively working on adding more features and capabilities to the mobile experience! If you already have an account and active filespaces but are still having trouble accessing the functionalities within the app, please reach out to us directly at product@lucidlink.com. We'd love to help you get this resolved.

Please note that the app is currently intended for existing LucidLink users who have already provisioned filespaces and added data. Its primary use case at this stage is to provide mobile access to that data. We're also working on adding the ability to upload files directly from your device in future updates.
