Useless

What's the point of creating a mobile app if you don’t allow mobile app user behaviors like writing with a stylus. This is basically a mobile view of desktop and that’s it.

Useless

I have this app with my Google Workspace subscription. But, apparently, I cannot have it as an app on my phone.

Iphone heating up

There was a massive battery drainage when I installed the app from 90-5% within minutes. My phone was burning hot! Something is seriously wrong with the app.

Can’t log in

Just can’t log in and the app was frozen. Another review said unless you have a license, which is not user friendly. I really like the website version just hoping I can use it on my phone as well. Very disappointed.

App restricted for Team and Enterprise

This app should have many more stars but they recently pulled support unless you have a Team or Enterprise license. Forcing license upgrades for creatives that don’t have such large team needs is a unscrupulous tactics, very disappointed.

Accessibility

The board is great, we use it here at Garage Living to organize groups of info onto one board that is easily accessible to everyone…to an extent. This is basically only useable on a laptop/desktop. Our team is constantly on the move and it’s not the easiest trying to make quick use of the board on our phones. It feels like there should be an app version that can make things easier on mobile device. Also it would be great if you could add a calendar to the board that you could drop in and customize. Right now I just added a bunch of blocks two rows of 7 and just add in each day. It’s a but of work to go back every week and move all the text boxes around. A dynamic drop in calendar would solve this pain. Great product but needs more features.

Lack of Offline Support for iPad app, come one…

Low hanging fruit here product team, you can support this via browser but not your own app? I want to assume it’s due to some prioritization based on users feedback and actual usage, but I am the user so get it together. I can’t always pop open my massive MBP on a plane.

No Apple Pencil support

This app needs a better Apple Pencil support to be useful at all otherwise it’s as useful as looking at a static PDF file.

Can’t sign

I’ve tried to sign in

Needs Palm Detection

Quite often it jumps around when you use the Apple Pencil. It happens when you place your palm on the screen.

Bait and switch

Changed terms for paying users and can no longer use iOS app. Have to use web browser instead. Junk.

Good app but notes

There are few things that need to be sorted. Cursor support has to be improved (support for space bar function). The UI is good but patience is required when editing text, pasting or duplication of shapes especially when trying to work at speed. Lastly exporting, as for most of these types of apps is so cumbersome if possible at all, can not be considered collaborative across different apps.

Still worth the users participation as long as the iOS application support continues. 3.5 stars but the star selector does not seem to work :)

Doesn’t hold up to the iPad standards

Any serious iPad user will see that this is an underdeveloped app for iPad. The Apple Pencil support is lacking.
Here are a few pro tips:
- iPad users should not have to select the pen tool. If the Apple Pencil touches the screen, that means the user already wants to draw
- If any stylus is connected, do not let a finger be used as the pen. A finger touch should be used as scrolling

This is just the beginning. There is an implied set of standards that come with Apple Pencil support that users are comforted with across a wide variety of apps, and the user experience for this app does not conform to those.

Perfekte App

Selten so eine gute App gesehen. Wird zu meinem Standard tollset. Teilweise harkt es ein bisschen. Zb beim verfolgen von anderen. Teilweise wurden mir nicht alle Abstimmungsergebnisse angezeigt.

Doesn’t work with SSO

Sadly, this app doesn’t seem to work with SSO via Okta. I love the web client, but not being able to pull up content on my phone makes it difficult to rely on for critical documentation difficult.

I would keep subscription if few changes

So right now there is no way to take a picture of something and save it using mobile app. Also it needs a better way to add web clippings, news stories, etc. Would also like to be able to save files to a board maybe even connecting to google drive, etc.

A complete lack of proper pencil support

Without proper scribe hand witting input into post-its and other on page objects this will always be a second class service.

I LOVE LUCIDspark

i am a student, and this is the best app / website for me as a visual person. i recommend this to anyone who likes the sticky note style organization. i feel the app is great but the website is better!

Magic Keyboard Support

Apple Pencil Support

This is a great tool to use to collaborate with teams. However this app needs Apple Pencil support.
