Multiple times money I have won has been removed from my account which they label as a “fix” transaction and they have not let me withdraw my winnings after I started to win big. This app does not honor its own rules and the support does nothing to help.

I HATE THIS GAME. Unverified results? We are all ment to have the same card n play tje exact same game but without a replay system to check if results are legitimate, it makes some games very hard to believe are accurate considering some players can be up to 10-15000 more points. Bots? In app purchases is a joke! Don’t bother trying to get any assistance with this game unless u want to wait 3 days for a reply email. And if u do decide to email, be prepared for the game to jst start doing strange things like not accepting my bank card details. Purchases not received yet still charged on PayPal account but don’t show in the PayPal account or the games history at all making it impossible to get ur money back coz it takes days for anyone to even reply to any contact u give. if u need to withdraw winnings, make sure u r using the same card u used for in app purchases coz it doesn’t let u update bank card. It jst keeps telling u the information you put is wrong so don’t bother trying to withdraw if u have used an old card. And expect for games to crash jst as yr about to hit the bingo button at the end of the game. Is this a real game or????

I’ve been playing this game since February! Just last week I withdrew $101 this week it’s $120! I have proof of it! I’m so glad this isn’t like the other games I play where it takes over half of your money! This game gives you just about all of it!

I have been having a very difficult time time with this app. It keeps getting stuck on the treasure part. I don’t want to delete it because I have 20 dollars on the account. Please fix it . After that gets fixed I will continue playing and then give a review

Can’t access any help
I love this app n yes it’s an app u jst keep putting money in even if u keep it small but it’s so fun. But recently the app crashes I have 3 in app purchases I never received while my pay pal account has their charges pending n it takes a week to receive that money back. I have tried I rekon 3 dozen times tonight alone to cantact them about the issue n after they greet me n ask “how can I help u” then they don’t reply. 3 times in a week I’ve made purchases with pay pal only for it to be pending as normal yet nothing received then they don’t reply long wait for the charge to rectify itself. So disappointing n I think I’m done with this app as much as I love it.

Lucky Day Game
The game froze up and I can’t close out of the Hidden Treasures mini-game nor can I play it. Nothing happens from that point. I have tried every which way I can think of to get help but I can’t find anything.
