Doesn’t work
Every time I try to use this app, it tells me my id or pin is wrong. I used my card and pin within the last month at the casino and it’s correct. Should be able to fix with email. This app has bad reviews, needs a major makeover or a new IT department
Update?
Why is this app never updated? What’s the point? It hasn’t been updated since 12/3 it’s so annoying having to go to the Player’s Club to ask what is your point balance. Be like other casinos update the freaking app.
Useless
This app does not show anything. If I don’t feel a flyer in the mail( and mailman doenst half of what I’m supposed to get) then I don’t know if I have any offers because they do not show up on here. Points don’t update either. This app is useless and waste of space
What’s the point?
I appreciate the effort I guess but this app is a fraction of what it says it is. Point are rarely up to date. It doesn’t show your offers like free play or anything up coming. Hotel bookings don’t work, it requires you to call and book. The calendar is the worst! Let’s get someone on this app and get into the 21st century and make it functional like it should be.

Terrible! Doesn’t even work!
App doesn’t even work!! Casino is always promoting and sending out emails to use it but it doesn’t even work. Workers says it’s been down for months!
