Excellent game but has problems
Games are fun to play with lots of challenges. But often when you win a bunch of coins the game freezes, forcing you to close it without collecting your coins. As you must buy coins for real money with your reward only virtual by winning tournaments or more play coins, a frozen game is very frustrating. The bug needs attention as one reviewer noted above. I have a new iPhone so the problem is not mine. In the last three days different slots have frozen so I will not play until it is fixed. I lost too many winnings!

Very disappointing game, developed to draw you in then drains your chips once you’re doing well. Don’t mind the AD’s, just can’t stand the formula, which becomes largely rigged and huge waste of time. This game has now been delated, comments posted are based on most recent experiences.

I’ve been playing lucky play for quite some time the games are good. But lately the pay outs are low and far between. The free spins all suck now. You’re lucky to break even for the initial spin. Plus the cost of chips is outrageous compared to other sites. If they can charge $12 for a few billion then they should buy them back at the same price.

It is obvious that this app is no longer maintained. It used to be a good app with decent customer service. Now they don’t even pay the rewards you earn when completing their 3 day challenges, even when you show proof that you earned the required charms. They keep claiming the app is working fine, but it is not! I have been ripped off countless times. Find a better game…there are many out there!
