I won 1k last week like Tuesday or Wednesday being the day I chose to redeem the SC I had won. It’s still sitting there in so called “pending status”
Even after several attempts to contact customer support about it, just keep being told it’s in review… seriously how long should that actually take??
My account is legit, I have already been verified they already have all my info they need.. but I have yet to been updated or payed.

At first I thought it was like every other sketchy app that lets you get close to withdrawing but never lets you, but I actually won a huge amount money and had no problem withdrawing, Just know you’ll need a valid ID or drivers license if you plan on playing or else you can’t withdraw
