In view of the need to enhance communications (both professional and social) with and amongst the eligible retired partners, a feasibility study has been carried out to identify the right tools to develop a smart phone apps to use as a common platform that can facilitate communications with modern features of face recognition or fingerprint recognition, workable on any IOS iDevices (phones and tablets), and the underlying technology is not restricted by governmental regulations. The choice also depends on cost and ease of development and subsequent updates.
