Buggy and Bad
Like other users, absolutely adore Lucy & Yak, been a fan since they started. But this app is a nightmare, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. It won’t let me add more than two items to the basket, it refuses to acknowledge discount codes specifically for the app. It’s just beyond a farce. Have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app just to make an order! Given up now as I can’t order what I wanted with the discount code!

App is unusable
Absolutely adore Lucy&Yak, have been a regular customer for years now, but the app for at least the past 6 months has been so slow that it’s become unusable.
The app is incredibly laggy, freezes every time you scroll or click on to an item, and frequently shuts itself down. This is not just an issue I’ve experienced, my partner and others I know have also experienced the same issues on different phones, which deters us from continuing to look at Lucy&Yak pieces.
Please look through this and aim for an update with bug fixes asap.

Won’t launch
Stuck on the opening page. Lovely happy model beaming back at me but no menu, CTAs, links… I uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s the same.
Easy to use
Easy to navigate app. I like the favourites button, means I can quickly see if anything I have saved is on sale! Size inclusive clothing in a variety of colours and patterns for everyone.
Lucy & Yak clothings
I have become a Lucy & Yak clothings person as a way of living - in a very positive aspect of life in and out.
Rubbish ordering
I was persuaded to use the app to get a 10% discount, but it took an extra 20 minutes to pay because of the failure to load shipping costs and then deleting the order when I went to pay. Yes it worked eventually, but what a waste of time.

Came to opening day!!! Awesome! Also popped back on my birthday week, I had vouchers!!!! Was met by Akansha… what a doll!!! Had some reyakking to do and she sorted it out for me as I had never done it before, she was sooo sweet and attentive, an asset to your brand and ethos, the shop was beautiful, I got everything I wanted in the sizes I needed! Thankyou for this little slice of heaven in Exeter xxxxx

App doesn’t filter out of stock
Love this brand and I’m happy they have an app. That said, the shopping experience is frustrating; you can filter by size, but not by what’s in stock. It’s a bummer to try and quick add so many things and find they are out of stock.

Just love everything to do with Lucy & yak clothing ,the style that come out all the time never gets boreing ,the fabric are so driffent ,the prices are good the quality is the best ,I shop mainly in the Cambridge lucky & yak shop and would just like to say the staff in there all go out off there way too help me & make me feel so chilled & alway happy to help running up & down the stairs to get the right size ,brilliant team your lucky to have amzing staff & I’m so lucky to have found lucky & yak at 60 years old I can dress with style thank you Suzie 🩷🌸🌼🤸♀️xx

Issue with app checkout
I love the brand.
I had an issue when checking out as the app would not let me amend my shipping option when logged in (I wanted delivery to store rather than my home address)
When I worked out a way of fixing this it the jumped straight to processing the purchase without my being able to review everything.

Wishlist issues
I love this brand and the app is great. The only issue I have is that it won’t let me add anything to my wishlist, it just loads and loads and nothing happens! After deleting and reinstalling it hasn’t fixed, hopefully an update can fix this
