LUCY App - SPEDION

Use the LUCY App to receive information for the next working day. You get an overview of the driving and rest times transmitted by SPEDION, tours planned for you and can view documents that have been shared with you. You can also exchange messages with your company in advance. Requirements for use: - Your company is a SPEDION customer. - You have received access data for your initial registration by e-mail or directly from your company. - Your mobile device has a permanent internet connection. Features: (Please note that not all features listed here may have been activated for you). - Home Get an overview of your ECO grade, kilometres driven and initial information on other menu items. - Messages Exchange information with your freight forwarder. You can receive and write messages. You can also send photos and documents as attachments. - Tours Get more detailed information about tours planned for you. View the tour on the map and get an initial overview of the stop and freight details. - Driving and rest times Get an overview of the status of your driving and rest times. - Documents You can view documents released for you online. Do you need the documents offline? Then download them manually. - More Settings -> Choose between a light and dark design Feedback -> With constructive feedback from you we can improve the app. We would be very happy about it. Please note that the use of this app may cause data usage charges depending on your contract. The app was developed for devices with a permanent internet connection. The LUCY App is not a replacement for the SPEDION App! As soon as you start your working day, you need to use the SPEDION App. If you want to view information before your next working day or exchange information with your company in advance, use the LUCY App.
