Great Core Work
I am really pleased to have found this app. I’m a disabled vet, and have several mobility limitations. As a result, safe exercise options can be limited. This checks so many boxes-safe, fun, works my balance and core, and is really effective. I can tell I have worked muscles I haven’t used in a long time.

HEALTHY AGING AND LUDOFIT
Let’s face facts: getting older isn’t easy. We all have bodies that we may have amused or abused, exercised or ignored in younger days. We may have good or, more likely, poor genetics. We may have a history of disappearing optional organs or body parts that require additional lubrication and attention, like knees and shoulders, for example.
When I was young I didn’t enjoy exercising or playing games. As a septuagenerian I have painfully learned that was likely a mistake and that I need to keep as active as possible to continue to enjoy good health and a longer life. We cannot age in a healthy way while being sedentary.
I have been using LudoFit for several months and feel it strikes the right balance between retaining my interest and improving my physical conditioning. The games on LudoFit are designed to engage both our minds and our bodies. Skiing, mountain climbing, and bike riding are the vehicles used by LudoFit to get me moving, bending, reaching, leaning, and, most of all, increasing my heart and lung conditioning as well as my muscles so that I have better balance, stronger muscles, and more stamina.
Anyone starting in LudoFit receives an evaluation on the app to help determine where to start the level of difficulty of the games, and thereafter the games adjust to our level of accomplishment and comfort. This feedback is as helpful as the beauty of the places visited while climbing, biking or skiing is inspiring and delightful.
I recommend anyone who is interested in improving health while aging consider LudoFit. I guarantee that in two weeks of use that your body, like mine, will feel the difference.

Keeeping my balance
I'm enjoying the games provided by Ludofit, especially the skiing and bike riding. I was almost in hysterics the first time I did the bike riding. I can't tell you how many bike riders I wiped out. Coordinating the feet as well as the arms was challanging at first. But then my brain and body adapted to the routine.
The skiing is fun as it brings back the fluid moves of the skiing I once did. The squats were a challange at first but now very manageable.
The mountain climbing I find a little tedious or too long and the ball handling in New Zealand is still a challange for me. I haven't quite figured out the proper moves. All in all I think these are great programs and certainly beneficial as we grow older.

Boost your health while having fun
I really don’t like to exercise, but I love to play video games. LudoFit incentivizes me to work out by essentially engaging my whole body in playing video games. Further excitement is added by the fact that no two sessions of the same exercise works out the same due to randomization of events.
Response from developer
