As you exercise, you'll move through and explore virtual landscapes on your screen. The camera is only used as a sensor to track your movements during exercise. It will not record you or your environment, ensuring that your privacy remains fully protected. As soon as you log in to the app, you can try a game workout and start customizing the games to your level. You'll also have the option to take a short test to jump up to a higher level of difficulty. To play LudoFit with your iPad, position it horizontally and stand it upright. You could also use a stand. We recommend the UGREEN Tablet Stand available on Amazon. WHO IS LUDOFIT FOR? The app is for adults with a variety of health concerns and wellness goals.
