Meh.
Honestly? This app is clunky and hard to use. It doesn't sort well, doesn't search well, crashes like crazy…all the bad things. Two stars because it is somewhat useful, but just the bare minimum. It’s also highly annoying because the browser redirects to the app every time.

Love Lug and the products they make are the very best! You can’t go wrong with any item as all of them are fantastic and well thought out!
Not please with revamped app
You can’t even tell if an item is in stock now. It’s a waste of my time to have to click on every color to see if anything is available.
Put it back the way it was before were the hosts could hide unavailable colors and shoppers could see which colors had availability. And please don’t waste our time by offering a t-shirt when we’re in a hurry to check out. So disappointed with this app. I don’t enjoy shopping LugLive with this app. Please put it back :-(

Shopping is ok, but even though signed I to my account the app instructs you to create an account or sign in when attempting to add an item to a saved list.

This harmony is the most fabulous bag I have ever I usually only buy Louis Vuitton or Gucci but from now on it only Lug bags for me. I wish you made this Harmony bag in more colors. I’d buy all the colors. Love the room and love the bag
WORST PLATFORM EVER
Prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH when they sell the same items MUCH cheaper on LugLive (the live shows) or QVC. I only shopped this app because somebody gave me a gift card.
Not easy to figure out how to use reward points
I am in love with the merchandise. I have 7 lug bags and a makeup case on the way. They are AMAZING at keeping me organized. I just wish the website was a bit more intuitive. Also, it would be nice to see the bags loaded up like they show them on QVC.

App is not working properly, when I search on the app it want let me open any item when I click on the item, Apple has checked out all my devices and said it is too do with the LugLife app

The Best absolutely the best BD present in 82 years😻😺 I now have 7 lugs I have given a few away some time a friend will love a bag so much I just give it to them. What I have now are MINE well if some one is just crazy about a bag I might let it go but some are mine FOREVER. My birthday one is mine FE. Thank you for getting it to me on my 82nd birthday Helen D

Lug app (vs LugLife.com)
I am not able to access the product videos on the app and do not like the cart for a number of reasons. The cart’s +\- buttons (for no. of each item), are positioned where my finger touches when I scroll and items get deleted without my realizing. In very many ways, I find the .com site easier to navigate, search, and it also gives better product info and videos/photos.
Problem with both: accessing Reward Points! Impossible on website, and really full of problems with app. I have had points disappear while redeeming, and despite having screen shoots of process have not been able to get satisfaction from Customer Service - let me clarify; I can’t REACH Customer Service! Also my “available points” is WAY below number of points I am supposed to have? Question for other members: Has anyone ever gotten a Birthday Bonus? Every item that i have bought was not only in high quality but i didnt feel like i had to keep it from rain or mud. You just have to find the right item for you. I bought one for my sister and she loves the lug crossbody. So excited to see whats in the surprise box!
