Great option for an expensive delivery which I don’t mind. Their customer service is on another level. The app has glitches and restaurants ratings are not sincere so don’t fall into that.

I have downloaded and used most of the delivery/food apps in both jeddah, Riyadh and dubai - Lugmaty is by far the best. They have excellent drivers - the most professional and their service is beyond professional. There is someone to talk to and respond to when you have concerns or issues. They are the best app in town. I opt to only use them!

Poor updated layout
I used Lugmety when they only had a website, before the app. I love them. The new layout is super confusing, every time I attempt to order I cancel. The classification is all over the place.

Late for refund the canceled orders
Take long time to refund the canceled orders , other applications do the refund immediately
