Ok app, with exceptions
This app is ok, but it would be better if there was an option to search across all stores. Also, the Overland Park location shows no inventory unless you flip the ‘In Stock’ option off, but then you don’t know if it’s available or not.. Same thing if you use their website.
Useless
I buy most of my wine at both Lukas locations in the metro KC area and love their broad variety. Unfortunately, their app is useless and doesn't seem to include most of their inventory. Search results don't show the picture, or accurate vintage dates so you don't know if you have a match. Embarrassing.

Can’t use it if it won’t launch

I used the app, now won’t launch, I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted the phone, no joy.

Search Function Is Awful
Hard to search for anything. A real crapshoot. Even if you know what you want it is hard to find the products.
Keep removing capabilities
We use to pay at store and now you have to pay in advance. The price is always wrong, so pay in advance takes longer because they always have to fix the ticket. Why break something that was not broken?
Could be a lot better
Echoing what others have said. The inventory is lacking and the application crashes a lot. It is slow as well. The order we did have though was good and pickup was a success. Just need to improve.

Horrible app, I’ve been trying to delete my account and there’s no option to do so.
Needs work
Sign In with Apple is awesome. This is a great that Lukas is trying to progress, offer curbside pickup, and maybe one day delivery in Kansas, but this app needs a lot of work.
Way too many things missing from inventory when searching. If improved I would use this all the time, but at the moment it is literally unusable for the order ahead feature for me. Please invest in the solution and make it right.

Too many products missing, crashes
Too many things sold in store missing, product names are not readily available. Eg, “S Smith Org Cherry” instead of “Sam Smith Organic Cherry Cider”.
App randomly crashes too.
How about instead of some pointless clunky app, you just have a normal website that has online ordering and anyone with a computer or phone can use it?

Update: App is much improved. The performance is good and much more of the inventory is available.

Please please please fix the back arrow to take you to previous page versus back to home....it’s a bit frustrating. Also- on the pics of the item, allow user to zoom in.

Just says invalid transaction amount.
Works Great!
Organizing a run for my favorite non-alcoholic beer, Clausthaler Dry-Hopped, which isn’t carried by many places. App was fast and easy to use. Highly recommend!
