Doesn’t work with all access pass
I purchased the ALL ACCESS PASS for $56, and I went to upgrade my pass on nut house for the app. It transfered me to the app to link the nut house and app together. It upgraded someone else’s email on my account. I’ve never seen the email in my life that I paid for. I emailed support with screenshots and they just told me to click manage pass (which I already did). There’s more technical problems in depth.

My tickets were mailed and I have been trying to reach someone since 8/15/22 to obtain direction but as of 8/18/22 still no response.

I have all Luke cds going to see Luke in July in Virginia Beach Virginia. Already have my ticket near the stage. I listen to him on pandora every chance I get
App locked me out
Signed up to be able to access tickets for a pre sale occurring in a few days. App has disabled my account. Almost never found an email address to contact help. Once e-mail was sent, I received an auto reply that they’ll get back with me in 3-4 days. A lot of help that is! The presale will be over!! App design appears to need improvements. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied. Of course it took my money without a hitch!!

Great when it works
Great content when it works every year I renew the all access and every year it does not link. It takes three days to hear from someone that often replies with a generic message to manage it from the website or change my password. Then when that does not work someone who runs the website refers me back to the app developers. I wish they would get on the same page, not seeing content for over a week now that I paid for.

Problems
I joined the all access pass on the website. I logged in on the app and it will not connect my account with the app. It will only let me have access on the app if I pay, AGAIN. I cannot uninstall the app because Apple decided to have an App Library, which is not helpful and one of the worst updates, so the app cannot uninstall from my phone so I can start over. I feel a bit cheated.

Hate the fans
A few years ago I was hurt by the fans here. They are not nice. I had a thing called an omg which was getting popular. I guess they became like this angry mob that attacks celebrities and cancel them. Sad thing they hurt me so bad every time I hear or see Luke Bryan I feel the pain. I just hate them which makes me hate the app itself. Save your money and don’t friend people here. They back stab you.
