Amazing Response!

I reported a timing issue with a signal light 3 times directly to the City of Houston 311 help line to no avail. After 1 report to LUKE, the signal light was fixed in 3 days! LUKE is very user friendly. The map is easy to pinpoint your location and they give you plenty of room to explain the issue. They respond within 24 hours and notify you with updates. I will definitely be using LUKE from now on!
