O stars! I have subscribe so I could get some advice from the sleeping coach. It says they reply within 24hr! I am waiting for like a week now and no reply! I also contacted customers service to make a complaint and get the refund but they are ignoring me!! Dont subscribe to premium!!!!!

Scam

This app is a BIG SCAM. I subscribed to the year premium since 10/10/2022 and still did not get the upgraded features. Contacted support countless times but they never got back to me. Please use this app at your own risk, they will take your money and not provide service; this has been my experience.

Works well

The application is a amazing, I love speaking with my sleep coach, Laura. The only issue is that my nightime sessions are not saving however customer service were prompt to respond to my emails and they’re working on it!
