I wanted something to help me batch develop my raw images into social media friendly images matched to my own photographer style automatically. Luma Editor helps me go from camera to social media posts in a matter of seconds.

This app serves one purpose and seems to serve it well. It lets me develop my raw images straight out of my professional camera I import via an SD Card reader to match the style of any other image I already have developed previously. It is relatively fast and the quality of the output is nice. I like that if I want to revert it later I can in the photos app. The latest update that added the ability to edit previously developed photos is nice too. The interface is simple and easy to understand. It allows me to quickly develop and share images with friends and family which is helpful for when people want their photos yesterday if you know what I mean. The app can get a bit clunky after a while but I just empty the Luma Edits album in Photos and it’s fast again.
Things to improve would be the image edit similarity algorithm seems a bit slow and doesn’t seem super accurate. I don’t see how some images report such high similarity scores.
Also if you can optimize some of the loading times. That would also be ideal because sometimes it seems like the app locks up but then it proceeds to complete my requested task.
