How tf do I turn of the grayscale

When I got this ts a grayscale come on but once I deleted it it won’t go away 🫩💔✌️

Response from developer

Hey, sorry about the confusion. The app is designed to use a red filter, not grayscale — so it sounds like the initial setup may not have been completed correctly. Please try reinstalling Luma Sleep and tap the Luma toggle button again. That should properly apply/remove the effect. If the grayscale still stays on, you can also turn it off manually here: Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Color Filters → OFF Let us know if you still need help and we’ll help you fix it.

Begging for review

The app itself is okay but it's crazy that every single time you open it it will start by begging for review. And there isn't even an option to not be asked again. Talking about being desperate. So here you are, here is your review.

Response from developer

Hi, thanks for the honest feedback. You’re right — the review prompt was showing too aggressively, and that’s frustrating. We’ve already started adjusting it so it appears less often and gives users a proper “don’t ask again” experience. Appreciate you calling it out and helping us improve the app.

The Filter Works

I came from android where it was easy to find a red light filter. Glad I could find this for Apple

Response from developer

Thanks so much — really glad it helped. Luma Sleep was built specifically for people who use their phones late at night and want a comfortable red light filter that’s simple and easy to access. Hearing that it helped after switching from Android genuinely means a lot. Really appreciate you trying the app and sharing your feedback 🙌

Collects lots of your information

You may think it doesn’t collect tour data because it says it doesn’t collect your data so you download but in order to use it you must have shortcuts installed which collects everything even where you are located all the time

Response from developer

Hi, thanks for sharing your concern. Just to clarify: Luma Sleep does not collect personal data, track location, or monitor activity outside the app. The App Store privacy label reflects the actual data practices of the app. Luma Sleep uses Apple’s built-in Shortcuts and Accessibility features only to enable system-wide screen filters and brightness controls. These are native iOS features provided and managed by Apple. The Shortcuts app is part of iOS itself, and any permissions related to Shortcuts are controlled entirely by Apple’s own privacy and security system. Luma Sleep does not access or receive your personal Shortcut data, location history, or private information.

Cool

Great illusion

Response from developer

Thanks a lot for the honest feedback — really appreciate it 🙏 You’re absolutely right about both points. We’ve recently updated the pricing and reduced the lifetime cost, and we’re also improving how often prompts appear so they don’t interrupt the experience. Your suggestion about a lower one-time price is noted and helps us shape future plans. Thanks again for trying Luma and sharing constructive feedback.

Neat

I like the idea and how it ties into shortcuts as well as it can but its just to expensive as a one time purchase.. If it was at $2-3.99 id buy it, also the constant popup every time I open the app asking me if I like it is annoying🙂
