What's New in Lumara Rx
1.0.6
August 26, 2026
Your adherence number is now honest. Until now, your adherence only counted doses you'd logged something about — so a dose you skipped without tapping anything was invisible, and the number could read higher than your real week. It now counts every scheduled dose, so it matches what your clinic sees. If your percentage dropped, that's why. Vials now tell you time, not counts. "3 doses left" means a week on a daily medication and months on a weekly one. Your vials now show days of supply, and warn when a vial will expire before you've finished it — the one case where reordering isn't the answer. Expiry that knows when you opened it. Sealed stock and a reconstituted vial keep for very different lengths of time. Lumara now dates each vial from when you actually opened or reconstituted it, so the warning arrives when it's useful. Health data syncs daily, and fills in the past. Apple Health now syncs in the background rather than only when you open Insights, and pulls in your last 60 days on connect — so trends and comparisons work from day one instead of two months in. Readings measured against YOUR usual range. An unusual HRV or sleep reading used to mean a fixed percentage change, which is noise for some people and silence for others. Lumara now compares against your own 60-day range, and only says something once a change has held for several days. It appears as a badge on Insights; notifications stay off unless you turn them on. We only show a comparison when there's really something there. Consistency-and-biometrics comparisons now need enough paired days to mean anything, and Lumara says "not enough signal yet" rather than showing you a number it can't stand behind. Results are shown in real units — milliseconds, hours — with how many days they're based on. Reminders keep going while the app is closed. Settings now shows how far ahead your reminders actually reach, and Lumara tops them up in the background instead of only when you open the app. Also: vials can be linked to a medication, so supply estimates use its real schedule. Fixed a date field on Add Vial that suggested a future date for when you opened something. For tracking and education only — always follow your provider's instructions.
