Needs work. Iinitially it works well but when adding people it isn’t generating the pic. Contacted support for assistance 2 times and nothing has been resolved. Sm disappointed.

Horrible app

Do not purchase this app. Have to pay for the app then are very limited on use without paying even more. The pictures just barely resemble the person in the uploaded photo. Extremely low quality app. Want my money back.

Proceed at your own risk. After subscribing be prepared to pay and pay and pay more to make any use of these tools. You subscribe for the privilege to pay more to actually use the program. They “give” you 60 “coins” every 196 hours but it takes 120 coins to create an ai profile. The catch is you have to use the coins you’re given during that 196 hours. The coins you are given aren’t really yours, they don’t accumulate. It’s a bloody fukn scam. Don’t buy it, you’ll just end up bitter and resentful wishing them the failure they so richly deserve.

I generated a photo and it took hours it won’t let me download another or delete the generated photo in process. Terrible!!!! 😡

One time use

You can only make one AI profile and you can’t edit it later. So paying a monthly fee is a scam. It’s extra money on top of that to be able to do anything with it.

Hello, thanks for using Lume! Currently, the app doesn’t allow replacing or deleting an existing AI profile, but you can absolutely create a new one using your new set of photos. Just follow the same steps you did before to upload as much as pictures you can— the app will treat it as a brand new profile creation.

Our AI Photo Generator feature is still in development, and we’re constantly working to improve its accuracy and results. Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version, as we regularly release improvements based on user feedback like yours. The styles are generated using AI, and sometimes they may not perfectly match your appearance—but we’re actively enhancing this feature to make it better and more personalized.

Too expensive and needs work

Base fee plus you have to use virtual coins. The base fee gives X virtual coins which are spent when images are generated. If you spend all the coins you have to buy more unless you wait for them to be replenished. On top of that, some of the images generated cut off your face but still cost a coin. It’s a waste of money.

This app is extremely difficult to navigate. There are very few options beyond saving, adding, or deleting pictures. The interface feels unintuitive and limited. To make matters worse, there’s no accessible support—it’s frustrating and confusing to use.
