The lifetime never worked
It was promoted as free lifetime, I wasn’t able to find the option to claim, the developer told me he was going to share a code after it expires. It expired but he never sent it and I feel scammed. The app provides a poor experience also

We are sorry to hear this, that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. The lifetime IAP offer was part of a limited promotion, it had to be selected directly instead of the trial subscription during the promotion period. It looks like you may have chosen the trial option instead, which unfortunately replaced the lifetime offer. If we missed your request, that’s on us, apologies for that.
