Best Text to Speech App
I've tried many TTS apps and Lumid is my new favorite. It has a wide variety of high-quality voices and its ability to work offline means I can listen when I don't have cell coverage. I also appreciate being able to listen to ePubs that I've purchased.
Learning through bed time stories
I have trouble going to sleep and I know that watching any screen in the dark makes it even worse. Lumid really helped solve this problem by being able to learn while going to sleep and its got super realistic voices. It’s honestly great for anyone who’s trying to learn with minimal effort. It’s like someone is reading you a bed time story when you’re trying to sleep and learning in the daytime when you’re tired or bored of reading.

Really nice app :))
I’ve been using Lumid to listen to books in the morning while I’m getting ready and while driving. As a college student starting to apply to graduate school, this app has saved me so much time while also allowing me to continue with my hobbies!
This app might genuinely be the best text to speech app out there
I’ve been looking for a good app to run my audiobooks with and I gotta say this app is amazing for that. The text to speech voices it uses sound pretty human and natural to me. And the whole thing is really seamless too. Would recommend!

Ebook replacement
I don't have to force myself to read my boring textbooks anymore. This app can read it to me while I do other things! Fantastic!
Great Features for Listening!
I’ve used this app for about 23 hours already, and I love it—especially for listening to posts from Reddit, blogs, and nonfiction books! The voices are high-quality, and it has great features like skipping links and citations, which is really helpful since I enjoy listening to research papers too
