Free limited functions do not work
When I was asking simple questions in the AI chat mode, it repeatedly stopped loading and prompted a pop-up to purchase the subscription. I am confused since my understanding is each question should redeem part of the 10 free “ink” points, but no matter how simplified I’d revise my questions, I continued to get the pay now prompt. I think it’s beneficial to allow users to test the features in the free version, even if the question is very simple. Cannot use this app in its current form.

Hi sal24836, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry for the frustration. While free users are getting 10 ink per month its usage is only available for all specialized feature : Analyze character, team builder, wish planner & abyss guide. All of this feature is useful to help you go through your journey in Teyvat ;). You can purchase the premium tier to have full access to the powerful AI advisor feature

the whole "seeling point" of this app is not working - the ai model. and its paid

We’re sorry the AI Advisor didn’t work when you tried it. Version 3.0.2 includes fixes for account and AI reliability issues. Please update Luminary and try again. If the problem continues, contact support@ailuminary.app and we’ll help directly ;)
