Luminate Order Fulfillment (LOF) is a mobile based app that can be used to track the orders to be fulfilled by the store. LOF is designed to cater to the needs of the store employees facilitating simple workflows and information sharing while fulfilling ecommerce orders. It provides complete insights of orders to be fulfilled, customer pick up details, parcel shipping details and more. LOF enables efficient working of order picking and packing operations by segregating the orders to be fulfilled according to the defined priority and fulfillment type. LOF provides details about upcoming orders to be fulfilled by the store: Curbside pickup: Customers can order online and pick up the order from store by parking in a designated spot near the store. The store associate brings the picked order out to the customer's vehicle. The customers need not leave their vehicle with this convenient pick up service. In-store pickup: Customers can order online and pick up the order from a designated area within the store. The store associate retrieves the picked order and hands it to the customer. Ship from store: Customers can order online and the store ships the order to the customer's delivery address.
