Subscription and auto delivery
I called to cancel auto delivery and subscription over a month ago and just received a notice that I’ve been charged again and another auto delivery is on the way. I was told this was cancelled when I called but obviously not. I want to cancel the subscription and auto delivery and get a full refund. I am very frustrated with Luminess customer service.

Looks good BUT!!!
I tried the spray on tan for my body and it looked good at first.
I just tried the new color matching foundation. The coverage was light but I could build that up.
Now comes the BUT!!!
With all the items I have tried from this line of products have dried my skin out. Within a few hours I couldn’t believe the way I looked.
Secondly the primer that came with the new foundation smells awful.
I can’t recommend this to anyone.

All products are excellent
Not worth the money
It was great while it lasted but the first one I had stopped charging about 6 months after I got it they replaced it with a new upgraded one but it also didn’t last and stopped sparaying consistently so it became unusable but by that time it was no longer under warranty they didn’t renew it after I got a replacement so I was very disappointed with that it should have had the same warranty as the fist one but it didn’t I took care of it cleaned it like they recommended so it costs way too much to replace and I have no faith that it would be any better and not have problems like the other 2 so I just don’t wear any makeup I was never good at applying regular makeup so I don’t recommend using it waste of money cause they want to set it so you get makeup once a month so I’ve got tons of stuff that i didn’t need and none of the stuff I did use more like the concealer neither system lasted long enough to use all the foundation othe huge waste of money I’ve hundreds of dollars worth that can’t be used

The ONLY makeup I use!!
I found Luminess years ago on an infomercial. Remember those? Lol. Ever since, it is the ONLY foundation I use and recommend to others! As a woman in her mid forties, this skincare hydrates and makes me glow and feel a little younger. But let’s be honest, aging is a beautiful thing, this just adds the confidence!

Login issue
I noticed that if you login to LUMINESS through the website, you have the Gmail and Facebook login options. But we do not have those options on the app. Which is why I can’t log in on the app currently. The UX of this app needs some work.
My debit card was hacked
Thanks to LUMINESS for my hacked credit card and $450 wire transfer out of my account.
Waste of time annoying
For whatever reason it kept saying, I didn’t have the right password I reset it went to the other app. It was fine. This one never did work for me. Would’ve been nice cause I really wanted to get some advice are better color matching oh well there’s others out there
Frustrating
I have not been able to get th app to work, it does not recognize my password and have no way to check my orders. Terrible!
Airbrush color
There are times when the shade color is off when I spray it! I shake shake and shake, and there are times when it sprays out a dull off shade that is obvious and does not compliment my complexion!

Not able to sign in
I created an account online and downloaded the app. It says my email or password is not correct but it is. Changed my password online and still doesn’t work. Deleted app.
Not user friendly
I entered the full name of the product I was wanting and it brought up everything else. I started a chat and that didn’t work out, it kicked me out and then I went to another page and boom there was what I was looking for.
