Also great for learning
English isn’t my mother tongue, but I still enjoy using this app to motivate myself every day. Most quotes are easy to understand and really hit the heart. It even feels like the app adapts to what I like, the quotes it sends always lift me up instantly. When a quote (usually the literature ones) uses a difficult phrase that I can hardly understand, I just tap the button to switch to the Chinese, and tap again to go back to English. It’s super easy. I feel like it helps me improve a little bit every day, and honestly my English already feels better than before, without me even noticing.

Amazing one-tap language switch
This app keeps me motivated all day long! I really love the language switch button on the top right. Sometimes the English quotes have words that are a bit hard for me, so I just tap it and instantly see the Spanish version, then tap again to switch back to English. Super simple and really helpful. I use it all the time!

Mi inglés no es perfecto, pero eso no me impide usar esta app para motivarme todos los días. La app es súper amigable con los idiomas. Cuando una frase tiene palabras en inglés que se me hacen un poco difíciles, solo toco el botón para verla en español y luego vuelvo a tocar para regresar al inglés. Es súper fácil y de verdad me ayuda muchísimo. Siento que me hace mejorar un poquito cada día, y honestamente mi inglés ya se siente mejor que antes, sin que me diera cuenta.

It hit me so hard today
I was sick in bed all day, no energy to get up. I opened this app and typed, “I’m not feeling so great, what should I do now?” It gave me this ancient Eastern style reading called Hexagram 46 “Pushing Upward” and then a quote from Nietzsche: “He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how.” I almost cried. This app feels like it actually sees me.

I’m a writer, who live on quotes and beautiful language. This app is pure aesthetic joy. You don’t see lines like “Even in the mud and scum of things, something always, always sings” in other apps. That one hit me right in the chest. I’m obsessed.
