I’ve been using Rupert Spira’s Luminous app for a bit now, and honestly… it’s even better than I expected.
What I love most is how simple and direct everything is. There’s no fluff, no over-complication—just straight pointing. Sometimes it almost catches me off guard how clearly he expresses things that usually feel impossible to put into words.
There are moments where I just pause and think, “Wow… that landed.”
It doesn’t feel like I’m learning something new as much as being gently shown something that was always here. That’s what makes it different.
Rupert is a very unique teacher. There’s a level of clarity and skill in how he communicates that I haven’t really found elsewhere.
If you’re into this kind of exploration, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

The meditations are most profound and rich and I can listen to them a few times and still discover something new.

Luminous is a beautifully designed app with genuinely insightful content. The reflections are well written, easy to engage with, and actually make you pause and think rather than just scroll past.
