Can’t make an account
I got a new phone but I forgot my old account, and I’ve tried 5 times to make an account and it won’t stop registering. It’s been an hour of me trying. I have to keep my old phone specifically to change my light color.
Unusable
Can’t even register my information….which renders the app completely useless.
Horrible connection
Every time I try to connect my bulb to the app it never works this is very frustrating! Would never ever attempt to buy something from this company again.
