This release rebuilds how precisely the fog clears, so the lit parts of your map match the paths you actually travelled. • Truer trails: walking a narrow lane no longer lights the whole block • Return trips widen the path: come back one lane over and the corridor grows • Curves stay curved: mountain switchbacks are no longer flattened into straight lines • Cleaner edges: the scalloped ripple along long straight roads is gone • Stop-and-go is remembered: pausing for photos no longer ends with "walked for an hour, nothing recorded" • Trail width now runs finer across all four settings — adjust it in Settings → Map style The replay video got an upgrade too: • The camera no longer zooms out while you're still travelling — it rides at one zoom all the way to the finish, then pulls back to show the whole route • Every stop is a real pause now, with the place name enlarged instead of flashing past • Background music: five tracks to choose from — preview them, switch any time, or turn music off entirely On first launch after updating, Lumitrail reorganizes your explored areas in the background. The map may briefly show the previous coverage before refreshing on its own. Nothing is lost.
