Make furniture decisions in the room where they matter. Lumiz lets you capture a room, bring in furniture or decor from the web, and arrange items at real-world scale. Plan a layout in 3D, check measurements and clearances, then view the result in augmented reality. PLAN WITH YOUR OWN ROOM - Scan walls, openings and existing furniture with Apple RoomPlan on a compatible LiDAR iPhone - Measure a room manually on supported iPhones without LiDAR - Save rooms and arrange furniture in an editable 3D layout - Inspect dimensions and nearby clearances - Revisit your saved layout in AR, with manual alignment when needed BRING PRODUCTS FROM THE WEB - Browse furniture and decor websites inside Lumiz - Choose product images and confirm their dimensions - Import supported 3D models when a website makes them available - Generate a textured 3D approximation from a product image - Keep your custom objects in My Models SAVE AND SYNC Sign in with Apple to back up and synchronize rooms and custom models across your iPhones. Work with downloaded content offline and sync your changes when you reconnect. You can also use local room-planning features without signing in. OPTIONAL LUMIZ PLUS Base includes up to 2 rooms and 5 custom models, with a lifetime allowance of 10 AI generations for an Apple-linked account. Lumiz Plus is a one-time purchase that increases these limits to 10 rooms, 50 custom models and 25 total lifetime AI generations, and enables importing your own supported 3D files. Plus users can purchase additional packs of 10 AI generations. There is no subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Requires iOS 18 or later and a supported iPhone. Automatic RoomPlan scanning requires LiDAR; manual room measurement is available on supported non-LiDAR iPhones. Internet access is required for website browsing, AI generation and cloud synchronization. Retailer image, dimension and 3D model availability varies by website.
