Better than any catholic app
It doesn’t tell you to meditate and just pray like other apps but actually gives you goal oriented challenges. Also the personalized journal prints and insights help so much.

I actually improved
Using Lumn helped me so much bc it pushed me to physically act and change on a specific virtue instead of just being told to pray and meditate without reason like other apps have told me to do
