No Help/No Response!
I contacted my health partner via Loop by Medsien, because I needed help with not receiving my prescriptions. There was no help and no response. So, what is the purpose of this app? They need to be actively interactive with their patients! I had to go to my physician’s office get new prescriptions sent to my new pharmacy, myself! So, what is the purpose of this app?
