Very satisfied
This is a feature rich streaming platform. Easy to use and easy to take with you on the go. Would like more DVR space but overall satisfied with this product.
Lumos TV app
If you are currently a Lumos customer and you have a cable box do not change until you are forced to. You will be downgrading to change to the app. If you like reading the fine print on commercials or at the credits at the end of a TV show forget it. When you pause anything the screen is unseeable. I also lost a lot of the channels that I used to get and they told me they were not part of my plan. I also did get a few worthless channels that I don’t care at all about. I did inquire about going back to my old cable box but they said no way. If you are not a current customer and you are switching to them then you will probably be satisfied with the app. Oh by the way you do have to buy a fire stick if you want to use the app.

Needs voice controls enabled
I use an AppleTV and it’s nearly impossible to rewind just a little, if you missed something. The ability to say “rewind 10 seconds” is so nice. Siri integration is what I assume is missing here?? Otherwise a pretty good app
Terrible user experience
I don’t know if it the Lumos app or the backing server software, but tonight I got nine copies of the same program. This blew off everything else I had recorded. The Lumos DVR system was lousy, but this is worse.

Really nice features and good to a local company lead with new technologies.
